Dr. Nora is an AI-powered documentation assistant that helps healthcare professionals create clinical notes from voice recordings. You send voice notes via WhatsApp describing your sessions, and our AI generates formatted documentation that you can use in your practice. The Service is a productivity tool designed to assist with documentation—it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for licensed healthcare professionals, including but not limited to psychologists, therapists, counselors, social workers, and psychiatrists. By using the Service, you represent that you are a qualified professional authorized to create clinical documentation in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Responsibilities

As a user of Dr. Nora, you are responsible for:

• Clinical Accuracy: Reviewing and verifying all generated notes before using them in your practice. The AI may make errors, and you are responsible for ensuring the final documentation is accurate and complete.
• Professional Standards: Ensuring that your use of the Service complies with the ethical and professional standards of your field, including documentation requirements set by your licensing board.
• Client Consent: If required by your jurisdiction or professional guidelines, obtaining appropriate consent from clients regarding how their session information is documented.
• Data Handling: Taking appropriate precautions when transmitting information through the Service, including avoiding unnecessary disclosure of identifying client information when possible.
• Compliance: Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including healthcare privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create false, misleading, or fraudulent documentation
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or professional ethical standards

5. AI-Generated Content

The notes generated by Dr. Nora are created by artificial intelligence based on your voice input. While we strive for accuracy, AI systems can make mistakes, misinterpret information, or produce content that doesn't fully capture your intent. You must review all generated content before use. The generated notes are a starting point for your documentation, not a finished product. You bear full professional responsibility for any documentation you ultimately submit or include in client records.

6. Intellectual Property

The Dr. Nora service, including our AI models, software, website, branding, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including your voice recordings and the notes you generate (after your review and modification). We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

7. Pricing and Payment

We offer a free trial period so you can evaluate the Service. Paid plans and pricing are communicated through the Service. Prices may change with reasonable notice. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

NORA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR PROFESSIONAL REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
